About Us

We are developing a solution called ADA that is a cloud native (SaaS) that can be used to automate majority of task related to implementation, operation and maintenance of modern data warehouse -and data platform environments. ADA targets Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory V2 to produce native implementation to the Azure target services.

The main features of ADA are:

  • metadata driven development,  
  • version control,  
  • integrated deployment,  
  • support for external work loads,   
  • work flow orchestration and  
  • data editor for analytical master data management. 

ADA solution has been in production use for last three years under Enfo Oyj. As of 1.3.2022 the ADA solution was subsidiary into new company Qivada Oy. Enfo Oyj is majority shareholder of the new company. The subsidiary was created to enable commercialization and marketing of the ADA.

ADA solution is built on Microsoft Azure. Our main technical components are Azure Service Fabric and Azure Cosmos DB.

About eligibility criteria to apply for Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub

1. You must be engaged in development of a software-based product or service that will form a core piece of your current or intended business – this software must be owned, not licensed.

  • This is the case. ADA solution is Qivada Oy’s core product. Qivada Oy owns the product and is the developer of the product.

2. Your Startup has not already received more than a total of $10,000 in free Azure.

  • We have not received any free Azure credits.

3. Your headquarters must reside in the countries covered by our Azure global infrastructure. 

  • Our headquerters locate at Espoo, Finland.

4. Your startup has not gone through a Series D or later funding round.

  • We have not received any outside funding. All funding has been Enfo Oyj internal.

5. Your startup must be privately held.

  • Startup is limited company. Enfo Oyj is majority shareholder.

6. Your startup must be a for-profit business.

  • Qivada Oy is for-profit business.

7. Your startup is not an educational institution, government entity, personal blog, dev shop, consultancy, agency, bitcoin or cryptomining company.

  • This is not the case.
